OVA peptide(257-264)
The ovalbumin-derived peptide, produced through natural processing in H-2b mouse cells, can induce OVA-specific CD8+ CTLs that lyse OVA-expressing targets when administered subcutaneously. This is a class I (Kb)-restricted epitope of OVA, an octameric peptide presented by the class I MHC molecule, H-2Kb.
