3xFlag peptide
The 3X FLAG peptide is a synthetic peptide consisting of 23 amino acid residues. The Asp-Tyr-Lys-Xaa-Xaa-Asp motif is repeated three times in the peptide. This peptide can be used to competitively elute DYKDDDDK-tagged fusion proteins from immobilized anti-DYKDDDDK affinity supports, particularly when the DYKDDDDK-tagged protein is sensitive to low pH.
